Mike Q 47 min ago Switching the word wouldn't for would doesn't even fit in the context of what he was saying. There is no way he can expect anyone to believe this explanation Daddy Frank 13 hr ago Changing one word only made the matter worse. SlideEdge 14 hr ago Once again, he clearly meant what he said (when Putin was on his side) and then (he went home and) lied about it. MORE BELOW : _______ https://www.yahoo.com/news/m/e64e996d-2971-3a53-9206-9494a489d082/john-kelly-was-reportedly.html John Kelly (chief of staff) was reportedly furious over Trump's press conference with Putin White House Chief of Staff John Kelly was so incensed by President Trump's press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday that he called Republican lawmakers and gave them permission to speak out against Trump's comments, three people familiar with the matter told Vanity Fair's Gabriel Sherman. Kelly warned Trump that by saying he had no reason to believe Russia would want to interfere in the 2016 presidential election, it made things infinitely worse for him with Special Counsel Robert Mueller, Sherman reports, and he also urged him to take back the remarks, which he kind of attempted to do on Tuesday. Trump himself was surprised by the public's negative reaction to the press COMMENTS : UB12 10 hr ago Kelly "called Republican lawmakers and gave them permission to speak out against Trump's comments, ..." Sounds more like a dictatorship than a democracy. What happened to separate but equal branches of government? Looks like the Constitution is one of those papers that Donald tore up. (THE FIRST LIE BEFORE TRUMP ENTERED THE WHITE HOUSE IS THE OATH OF THE U.S.P.O.T.U.S. - HE LIED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION !!!) John 8 hr ago Republican lawmakers need "permission" to speak out against Trump when he betrays the Constitution? Joy 8 hr ago I guess John Kelly will be joining Tillerson and others. (and quit ?!) Scott 10 hr ago (Kelly) He's reportedly been furious a half dozen times so far according to the media. Yet, he's still there.(he loves the smell of trump's fart !!!) H 9 hr ago And yet, Kelly grovels at Trump's feet. Cynthia 8 hr ago Wait...Republican lawmakers have to wait for "permission" from the chief of staff of ANOTHER BRANCH of the government before they can say things against the president? I thought there were supposed to be checks and balances? xmarksthespot34 9 hr ago He (Kelly) gave them permission (to speak) ? Wow. (a bunch of republican cowards !!!) My Layer Of BS 10 hr ago Cuz (because) Republican lawmakers apparently need (White House) permission to speak the truth...... Dave 10 hr ago Republican lawmakers need permission to speak out? C 5 hr ago (Kelly) "gave them permission to speak out against Trump's comments" ? Last I checked, the first amendment (freedom of speech) covered this. Marybeth 9 hr ago It's now the Russiablican (or Russupblican) Party. htcwink 8 hr ago I'm curious as to what was discussed between Trump and Putin behind closed doors. (Putin : "Do as I told you" , trump : "Yes, Sir !") |
